By downloading or using Cotémon, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
2. Subscriptions (Cotémon Pro)
- Monthly: €3.99 · Annual: €23.99 · Free trial: 7 days
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
3. Free tier
The free version includes a limited number of scans and collection entries. Pro unlocks unlimited scans and collection tracking.
4. Accuracy and no financial advice
Card identifications and prices are provided “as is”, from third-party sources (TCGdex, Cardmarket, TCGplayer). They are indicative and not financial advice. Cotémon does not buy or sell cards.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
Cotémon is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Cardmarket or TCGplayer. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made based on displayed values.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
9. Apple EULA
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
