Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled the app or got a new phone? Open Cotémon, go to Settings and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the same Apple Account.
A card wasn’t recognised
Make sure the whole card is in frame, well lit, and free of glare. Recognition works best on the card’s name and number. Some very new or non-English printings may take longer to be supported.
A price looks off
Prices are indicative market values from Cardmarket (EUR) with a TCGplayer (USD) reference. They update over time and may differ from an individual sale. Cotémon does not buy or sell cards.
